A successful barn project starts with a clear plan. We help establish the project scope, construction sequence, scheduling requirements, and key milestones to keep the project organized from the beginning.

We evaluate the property and help identify important site considerations, including barn placement, access, grading, drainage, utilities, and construction logistics.

We work with owners to evaluate barn layouts based on how the facility will actually be used, considering stalls, aisles, tack and feed areas, wash areas, storage, utilities, access, and overall functionality.

When contractors are selected by the property owner, we help coordinate their work throughout the project. We assist with communication, scheduling, sequencing, and coordination between trades to help keep each phase aligned with the overall project plan.

We help coordinate owner-selected vendors and suppliers, including communication, scheduling, deliveries, and installation requirements. This helps ensure specialty products, materials, and equipment arrive when needed and integrate smoothly with the construction schedule.

We assist with sourcing and coordinating materials required for the project. This can include evaluating options, communicating with suppliers, monitoring availability, and coordinating deliveries to help prevent unnecessary delays.

Changes can arise during any construction project. We help review and coordinate change orders so modifications to the scope, materials, schedule, and associated costs are clearly understood and properly managed.

We help coordinate electrical, water, plumbing, lighting, and other utility requirements with the appropriate contractors and providers, helping ensure these critical components are planned and completed at the proper stages of construction.

As construction approaches completion, we conduct a thorough walkthrough of the project to review completed work, identify outstanding items, and help confirm that the finished barn aligns with the intended project scope.

We help develop and manage the final punch list, documenting items that need to be completed, corrected, or addressed. We then coordinate with the appropriate contractors and vendors to help bring those remaining items through completion.
